CHIROPRACTIC

A Chiropractic Physician is a Doctor that analyzes, detects and helps to correct spinal misalignments or fixations that can occur from injury or simply stress that occurs while living daily life.

The spine is comprised of many independent bones that work together, both to provide proper movement of our skeletal frame and to protect the delicate spinal cord contained within. Why is the spinal cord so important? Simply stated, the spinal cord is what gives your body control and coordination of literally every cell, tissue, muscle and bone in the body. You see, the brain is the master control center or computer of our body, and the only way it can properly communicate with the rest of the body is via the spinal cord and nerves. Occasionally, spinal vertebrae may become slightly misaligned or even stick a bit. When this occurs, pain, discomfort and even improper function can unfortunately set-in.

When this happens, a Chiropractic Physician can locate the problem areas in the spine or bony joints and correctly adjustment them back in place comfortably to the original locations that they belong. In-turn, the body can then relieve the symptoms that were there previously. Chiropractic adjustments are typically painless and provide a tremendous amount of relief to patients. Even basic stiffness or tension in the neck or back could signal you that a trip to the Chiropractic Physician may be needed. A healthy spinal cord leads the way for overall wellness.

Many conditions can be relieved with a Chiropractic adjustments including: pain and stiffness, certain headaches, sciatica, trauma such as whiplash, scoliosis, leg pain, sports injuries, numbness and tingling, bursitis and tendonitis, strains such as carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia and arthritis.
