About The ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery
Adam Holdt, MD
is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and received his
medical degree from University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine. He
completed a five year otolaryngology residency at University of Colorado Hospital
where he received extensive experience in all aspects of Ear, Nose, and Throat
surgery including training in sinus related diseases, and the correlation of
pulmonology and allergy disorders. Dr. Holdt also trained at Children’s Hospital
Colorado where he experienced a range of both common and rare pediatric ENT disorders.
His education background in biomedical engineering has developed his
interest for medical technology and its benefits for his patients. Dr. Holdt’s sinus
surgical suite is one of the top in the region with state-of-the-art and advanced equipment.
Aside from his dedication in caring for his patients, Dr. Holdt enjoys traveling with his wife
to new locales to experience the culture and cuisine.
Derek Jones, MD
is board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
and the American Board of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He is a Fellow of the
American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Jones received his medical degree from the University of Alabama, School of Medicine in
Birmingham. He then went on to complete a six-year residency in the Department of Otolaryngology,
at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Jones chose to return to his hometown of Pensacola and has been in practice in the Department of
ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery at the Medical Center Clinic since 1999.
He and his family are active members of First United Methodist Church. His outside interests are centered
on spending time with his busy family.
